Mir Iqbal Ahmad, BDC Chairman Narwah Baramulla is a lone COVID warrior from the district who got facilitated by LG Manoj Sinha during an official event at SKICC today in recognition of his exemplary contribution to combat against COVID-19 in district Baramulla of Jammu & Kashmir.
During the event, COVID fighters, panchayat, and ULB delegates were awarded while a short film on the ongoing developmental works was also played.
Talking to JK Fast News Service, Mir Iqbal Said, “It is a proud moment when your hard work gets recognised at the higher platforms. I am the only official from district Baramulla who got awarded today for the efforts and fight I put in against COVID-19 in my district.”

Meanwhile, during the event, the Rural and Development Department officials released two books ‘Kulgam-The Rice Bowl of Kashmir’ and ‘Jammu and Kashmir-Discovering New Horizons’ in presence of Lieutenant Governor.
LG also interacted with Sarpanchs, Panchs, and Municipal Committee members from Jammu and Kashmir.
