JK Teachers Forum District Baramulla calls on Principal DIET Sopore. Discussed various issues, held threadbare deliberations on various vital issues & designed strategies pertaining to academics in the Disrict.

A delegation of JK Teachers Forum Baramulla under the leadership of it's District President Mr Ishfaq Ahmad Shah, called on DIET Principal at DIET Complex Malmapanpora Sopore. The delegation welcomed the Principal on assuming the charge of the District having pivotal position in the J&K for being the biggest District with 18 educational Zones. The delegation as a stake holder of Education Department held a threadbare discussion & deliberation with the Principal in presence of senior faculity members on various components including trainings & its implementation.
District President JKTF Mr Ishfaq Ahmad Shah appraised the chair about the role played by teachers of the district despite lockdown amid Covid19 and said that our teachers reached out to almost 50000 students by means of online/Offline classes. It is believed that schools are likely to remain closed considering the Pendamic situation & the primary target is to reach out to each & every child for which teachers forum is ready to offer every sort of support if DIET comes up with a strategic plan in order to achieve this target of 100℅ involvement of students through hybrid education.
The delegation also offered remote learning volunteer support in reaching out students in various seasonal Behaks to provide appropriate reinforcement. The delegation also appraised the chair that In these hard & testing times Teachers Forum in a missionary mode is supporting collaboratively both Chief Education Office & DIET in order to achieve the same goal of imparting quality education to the poor students of our society at their door steps. Besides, devising a plan to provide mobile devices, tabs to our students. The delegation laid emphasis that teachers forum didn't believe on mass promotion & a plan must be designed in order to assess the students in a strategic manner. Moreover, Teachers Forum is also going to hold seminars to discuss the concerns of New Education policy in order to safeguard the rights & interests of the children.
Deligation assured the Principal and his team that JKTF under the dynamic leadership of senior most trade union leader and a teacher of high repute Mohd Rafique Rather will leave no stone unturned in bringing the educational excellence in J&K so that quality education reaches out to the poor and downtroden at any cast.
Pertinently, Principal DIET along with faculty gave a patient hearing & assured full support of his entire team to lead the District towards new heights. Principal DIET on the occasion felicitated teachers in reaching out to students amid Covid19. He also hailed the steps taken by the teachers forum headed by Mohd Rafique Rather pertaining to academics during Covid crises. On the occusion he assured various revolutionary steps and new strategies & their implemention on ground in future course of time. He also assured that DIET will provide assignments, assessments & will bear all expenses in future to minimize the burden on teachers. He said DIET will take up all the issues highlighted by the delegation and will sought their early redrassal..
