  Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum District Baramulla expressed serious concern on delay of various issues confronting teaching community, urged administration for its early redressal. 



Baramulla 08 Oct, 2020: In a statement Forum's District President Baramulla Mr Ishfaq Ahmad Shah said that the department is playing delaying tactics over various geniune issues being confronted by teaching community. He said that scores of teachers are being traumatized unnecessarily by holding their transition orders of Grade 2 & Grade 3. Besides, scores of teachers are waiting for their regularisation & the Department is showing non-seriousness towards these grave issues.

Mr Shah while expressing serious concern over the Departments apathy over the in-situ time bond promotion of Reduced RRT's said that these teachers have became scapegoat by none of their fault. These teachers have been shifted on normal posts by the then officers of the Department & holding their time bond promotion is Unfortunate. Mr Shah urged Commissioner Sec.Edu  DSEK for early redressal of these legitimate issues of teachers on priority. Mr Shah also appealed Chairman jktf Mr Mohammed Rafiq Rather to put up all these genuine issues before the higher officers of the department for their early redressal.

Mr Shah while adding the issue of in-situ time bond promotions of non gazetted employees requested the Chief Education Officer Baramulla Mr G M Lone to expedite the process as the committee is scheduled to meet on 27th of this month. Mr Shah also requested Zonal Administrations to put forward all the files with all pre requisite information without any delay. 

He also urged District Screening committee to kindly check these files before it's final Screening by the visiting committee so that maximum number of files will be approved.
